How can I prolong the life of my jewelry?

Treat all wire wrap jewelry as you would any fine jewelry. Leave stored in a pouch or box, if possible. Clean with sterling silver polishing pads or wipes, being careful not to scratch the stones. Do not wear while bathing or swimming. It is recommended not to wear most jewelry while sleeping.

What metals are the jewelry made out of?

All jewelry is made from sterling silver wire, findings and chain unless otherwise stated in the description. Charms may be made from mixed or antiqued silver, but are always nickel free.

How long will a custom order take to ship?

There are many variations that it will depend on (materials on hand, specific design vs. general theme, how many other custom orders are in line, etc.) For a current time frame, visit this page or fill out this form and I will get back to you as soon as I can with a specific date! If you need an item by a certain date, please let me know in the original message and I will let you know if it is possible. Please allow 5-7 business days shipping in addition to crafting time.
